Return and Cancellation Policy

The following return policy applicable on Sirena Products:

1. Damaged or technically defective items only can be returned or replaced. The item should be returned in the original condition as  they were received, with all the accompanying accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging and shall be accompanied by the original invoice/bills for the purchase of the product.

2. The replacement of damaged / defective items, will be offered only if the issue is reported and product returned within 7 calendar days of purchase.
3. The warranty for the products shall not apply and no returns or replacement will be accepted by the Company in the following circumstances:
-In case of any physical damage to the product(s) supplied due to faulty or negligent handling ,
-Physical or technical damage due to unusual physical strain or load, misuse or incorrect use, neglect,
-If the product is used with unsuitable accessories,
-In case of removal of warranty seals,
-Any damage due to improper installation and /or particular external influence.

4. In case of any manufacturing defect the company, at its sole discretion, shall provide a solution by repairing or replacing the supplied product or parts.

5. Return of a product for the reason “no longer needed” must be returned in new and unopened condition with all the original packing and bills, package opened is not eligible for return. This shall not apply to Sirena Tab and Sirose range of products.

6. For returning the products pick up can be arranged,if requested by the customer.

7. In case the return is accepted by the Company, the amount as per the invoice, shall be refunded by means of transfer to the customers’ Bank Account within a period of 15 working days. The return will confirmed to the customer by an email confirmation to your registered email id.

8. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled once shipment of the product takes place.Cancellation of orders accepted only if it is before shipment.
