Free Delivery to your Door Step:

Order today – have your products within 90 days – and it is free of charge. The price you see, is the price you pay. No hidden delivery costs, fees or extra charges. You can always track your order. Once we ship it, the tracking details will be sent to you.

Free Return:

We want you to be happy about our  product – so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it free of charge.We need to bound it with time. The product can be returned within 7 days.

Just find your favourite product at Shop and click “add to cart”. Review your cart, step checkout process and place your order. We have different payment options, you can select one of them and you’re done.

Your Sirena product is handled with the utmost care. Each transportation package is developed and tested to ensure that your product will arrive safely at your doorstep.

Cancellation:

If you have an account with Sirena, you can go to the my accounts page and cancel the order.If you are guest customer, you need to write to us at reachus@sirenatech.com  We will take your request and cancel the order.

How do I update my shipping address after placing the order?

Can I order a product which is out of stock?

No, You can write to us at reachus@sirenatech.com and we will notify you once its available.

Is that necessary to have an account for making purchase?

No, you can shop from us as a guest user. Email verification will be required.
